Shipping Policy — DropShopSet

Thank you for shopping with DropShopSet. This policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation or order placement (for COD orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, customs clearance (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review your shipping address carefully — DropShopSet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

DropShopSet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g. tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

DropShopSet is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue.
